Advisory Board

 

CICL has carefully constructed its advisory board to further enhance the Company’s capabilities and reach.  Advisory Board members have been tremendously successful in building their own businesses and bring with them a lifetime of experiences and important spheres of contacts and relationships, including years of experience in creating, managing, operating and funding companies, in developing, manufacturing, distributing and selling goods and services, and in sourcing, structuring and executing strategic alliances, mergers, acquisitions and business transactions in myriad industries throughout the world.  Advisory Board members have hands on experience in the aircraft, automotive, food, medical (products and services), telecommunications, software, internet, retail, energy, environmental, power, security, consumer products, entertainment and real estate industries.  The Advisory Board  plays an active role in crafting, strategizing and helping to implement and accomplish the desired strategic introductions to help CICL consolidate its transactions.

 

Each of our Advisory Board members has pages of distinctions and accomplishments.  The following is a brief summary of CICL advisory board members:

 

  • ARTHUR LIPPER III - LIPPER III International Venture Capitalist, author, financial services inventor/Innovator and pioneer in international investment banking. Owner/ Founder of numerous companies including; 2 NYSE firms (the first being the mutual fund authority), Microband, Venture Magazine, Forward Contract Exchange, formerly involved in Sinai oil exploration/production.

  • WARREN V. MUSSER (PETE) - Chairman The Musser Group, venture capitalist Pete formerly headed Safeguard Scientifics, where from 1980-2000, safeguard was one of the creators, builders, and financiers of leading disruptively innovative companies including Novell, QVC, Cambridge Technology Partners, Coherent Communications, Internet Capital Group, Sanchez Computing, and funded more than 1000 high tech companies.  Pete is Chairman Emeritus to Nutrisystems.

  • STEVE ATKISS - Chairman of Command and Control Group.  Consults on security, defense, first response and border protection to the Governments of many countries.  Steve was formerly Under Chief of Staff in The White House under Carl Rove and Under Secretary Defense Homeland Security Border Patrol for the US. 

  • BETH PERLMAN – MBA, formerly CTO Constellation Energy, previously worked at Enron and Lehman Brothers.

  • BRYAN CHANCE - formerly CFO HCA’s $4 billion Western Division, was CEO of Titan Holdings, a NYSE listed technology, security, and energy company.  He is currently a consultant to Raytheon Helping build their healthcare business. He is currently building Raytheon Medical’s global healthcare business.

  • SUSAN GANZ - CEO of Lion Brothers LLC, the World’s largest embroidered emblem company operating globally with offices in China and the USA and expanding to Central America. Susan is Chairman of the Maryland Economic Development Commission and was recently appointed to the Federal Reserve Board of Richmond.

  • ROBERT SCHMIDT- Chairman of the Vince Lombardi Foundation, Represents the NFL Players in their lawsuit with the NFL regarding brain injuries, Former President of the Cable TV Industry Association “CTIA”.  Bob has been actively involved in founding, building and running media, internet, telecommunication businesses globally

 

  • JACK TORMACHIO - Cyber Partner at Buchanan and Ingersoll, Former Under Secretary Defense Homeland Security Intelligence, Jack has been actively involved in intelligence, security, first response for over 25 years.

  • MANJIT SINGH- Incoming CIO of CLOROX, former CIO Las Vegas Sands, Chiquita Brands, and formerly worked at Proctor & Gamble

  • AMIR STERNHELL-

  • YANKI MARGOLIT - Former founder/CEO Aladdin Software, a publicly traded security software company in Israel which was acquired by a competitor. Yanki is Chairman of SpaceX.

  • OREN SADIV - CEO of Novatrans Group, one Israel’s leading Nano technology companies focusing initially on terahertz applications of its technology platform

  • DROR SHAKED - Global Business Development Wix.com, Advisor to Mprest, New Row, Pine Apps and other companies.

  • ROY COHEN - Head of Innovation at Santok UK, Roy has been active in business development for global technology companies.

  • PNINA EYTAN - Formerly Head of Strategic Partnerships AMDOCS where she was responsible for helping to introduce innovation into the firm’s global Telecom, Cable TV, and other clients.  Pnina based in Israel, brings a wealth of Fortune 500 Company relationships and key people on the ground in many countries to help accelerate market penetration for CICL clients. She is willing to travel with of for CICL clients to Asia and elsewhere on a retained plus expenses basis.
